Active lifestyle is synonymous with the Solana Beach community. Surfing, boogie boarding, and ocean swimming are a short walk down zig-zagging wooden steps to miles of beach in both directions. Run and bike for miles along the coastline of the historic Route 101 and explore gyms and boutique fitness classes across the road. The complex itself features four lighted tennis courts, a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, ping pong and pool tables for games and relaxation. The lush landscaping and friendly neighbors in this secure gated complex make for a casual, easy-living break from a busy life.

We joke that everything you’ll want to do is only ten minutes away: The Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds, the Solana Beach Amtrak Surfliner train station, the Cedros Design District. There are so many activities that North County San Diego has to offer and we add all of our newly discovered or all-time favorites to our Instagram page @sb_bluffbreak regularly. 

Provided at the condo are beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, a small ice chest, tennis rackets, board games, ping pong paddles, pool balls and cues, and a Weber gas BBQ. The Wifi is excellent, and both Flat Screen Smart TVs offer access to all the streaming platforms. Appliances are brand new and select furniture and lighting is by LA’s Cuff Studio. Bikes, e-bikes, surfboard rentals are all nearby. 

This condo was designed with intention and it was meant for our renters to feel inspired; inspired to read, relax, go for a long run or take up surfing, get that good night’s sleep, sit down for a game with family, let your kids roam, never miss a sunset, ditch the car keys and walk everywhere. Basically, to do things a bit differently and leave feeling invigorated.
